| 1. | All quotations are completely free with no obligation to buy. When posting original print(s) or negative(s), please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of your material(s) should you not wish to proceed with any work quoted. |
| 2. | All accepted quotations are binding on the service provider and purchaser. Work will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. |
| 3. | photo-fixing is not responsible for the loss or damage to material whilst in transit. Material is posted in secure packaging and returned to the customer via Recorded Delivery at standard rates. photo-fixing.co.uk remains responsible for the safe keeping of material whilst in its possession. |
| 4. | We accept no responsibility for copyright infringement. We assume you own the copyright to any images sent to us. If you are not sure who owns the copyright to your photo(s) we recommend that you find out before sending. If it is clear that copyright is being infringed then we will not undertake the work. |
| 5. | Where an enlargement copy of an original is ordered there is no guarantee that the copy will meet the same picture quality of the original due to the loss of pixel quality during the scanning and/or enlargement process. |
| 6. | Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to limitations of photographic and computer materials and processes tonal variations can occur. |
| 7. | photo-fixing reserves the right to refuse any work at its own discretion.
