Almost anything is possible: Background replacement, object removal, Wrinkle/blemish/spot removal, slimming, re-sizing specific areas, teeth whitening, red-eye removal and eye enhancement, skin tone/texture airbrushing, hair tidying/colouring, selective colour changes... to name just a few examples.
