How to order:
| Step 1 : | Send your photo(s) to us via either email or by post. Please include a detailed description of the work you wish to be carried out, your name and contact information. |
| Step 2 : | We will examine your photo(s) and provide a free no obligation quotation. |
| Step 3 : | If you are happy with the quote we will proceed with the work. |
| Step 4 : | We email a low-res image of your 'fixed' photo(s) for your approval. |
| Step 5 : | Once you have approved the results, your photo(s) will be printed and payment will be requested (you will receive an email invoice). Payment by Paypal secure online payment. |
| Step 6 : | Your 'fixed' photo(s) or items will be sent to you together with any original prints, negatives etc. sent to us, once payment has been received. |
Sending your photos:
| Email : | Digital files can be sent easily via email to info@photo-fixing.co.uk if you are scanning an original, a resolution of 600dpi is preferable, also scan as colour even if the original is black and white. Files should be saved as JPEG or TIFF at highest possible quality. Please do not exceed an email size of 14MB. |
| Post : | If you send original photo(s), we recommend you send via recorded delivery and use a protective board backed envelope, or place the photo(s) between sheets of heavy card to help prevent damage. Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of your material(s) should you not wish to proceed with any work quoted. Send to: |
